1985.
In 1985 Hubert Deporta opens the Ristorantino on the state road between Klausen and Brixen. He believes in honest, quick food – and in a curry sauce made to his own recipe. Before long, that sauce is the reason many people stop here.
Today.
Today his son Maximilian Deporta carries on the Ristorantino, with Tajinder Pal Singh running the kitchen. Plenty has been added over the years, but the sauce is still the same as it was back then.
What matters to us hasn’t changed: we’re quick, we’re honest and we don’t make a fuss. Everyone who comes in gets a warm welcome – and if you’re short on time, you’ll still be back on the road quickly, and well fed.
What we don’t change.
Currywurst, schnitzel and carbonara belong here as much as the state road outside our door. These classics stay exactly the way our regulars know and love them.
That said, we still enjoy trying out new things – as additions to the menu or as a weekly special, which we announce on Instagram.
