The sauce stays in the family.
Our curry sauce doesn’t come out of a bottle. We make it ourselves several times a week, to exactly the recipe Hubert Deporta started with in 1985. What goes into it we’re not telling – that stays in the family.
Every currywurst can also be made without mayo if you prefer. It’s at its best with a portion of fries, and if you’re properly hungry, simply go for the double sausage.

The Crispy One: the same currywurst, finished with a layer of fried onions for a bit of crunch.
